Vithya Aubee

Vithya oversees the Consensus Legal Department and is responsible for managing the company’s global legal matters, including merger and acquisition activity, intellectual property, litigation, corporate securities and corporate governance. Prior to joining Consensus, Vithya served as the Assistant General Counsel for J2 Global Inc., a global internet information and services company, overseeing legal matters for the J2 Cloud Services division and Commercial Counsel at Broadcom Limited, a global semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions company, supporting Broadcom’s Carrier Access and Set-Top Box business units.

Vithya holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law.
