Ken is an influential leader in cross-channel data and analytics which drives personalized marketing and omni-channel activation that accelerates customer acquisition, retention and data-driven growth.
Prior to Consensus, Ken was Head of Digital Marketing at 8×8, a Global Cloud UCaaS, CCaaS and Video Meetings leader where he was responsible for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise pipeline, demand generation and customer acquisition. Before 8×8, Ken was Director of User Acquisition Marketing at IMVU, Vice President of Digital Development at Velocidi, and served as the Director of Digital Strategy at Hearst Media. Ken is propelled by his devotion in maximizing the customer experience through digital engagements.
